It took about two weeks to hear back after applying. The first step was a direct call to set up an interview with two office managers, skipping any initial phone screen. The interview questions felt pretty standard, the kind you might find online. They made an effort to keep things relaxed. While deep electrical knowledge of the industrial side wasn't required, they did probe to understand the extent of your familiarity.
