I had a 30-minute interview with one of the Data Science leads. From the start, her attitude wasn't great, and it felt really formal rather than conversational. I even thought I wouldn't take the job if I had to work with her. She made a comment like, ‘I’m sure many other companies can offer you that,’ after I shared what I was looking for. I was hoping for a response about how the role could help me achieve my goals or bring something extra. Her answers to my questions were also unenthusiastic, making me feel like I was wasting her time. It's a shame I got rescheduled from my original interviewer; I think it would have been a different experience. The company seems great though, and the recruiters were really helpful.

The hiring process took over six weeks from the initial HR screening call. After the HR call, which discussed the next steps, there was another two-week wait to schedule a video technical assessment that was set for two and a half weeks later. This meant that after more than six weeks, I had only completed the HR and SQL rounds without speaking to the hiring manager. I received a rejection email the day after the SQL interview, despite feeling confident in my answers and explanations. No feedback was provided, making it a complete waste of time.

The interview experience was really nice. They genuinely tried to get to know me. I spoke with 5 people in total. Two of them were from the team I applied for, and the other three were from marketing and finance, to check my business sense and if I'd fit the culture.
