Applied online and a few days later got a phone interview. Then had to do a take home exam where I had to answer sample customer emails. A few days after that, my onsite interview was set up. During the onsite, I met with four different people for 30 mins each. Two of the interviews had basic situational and behavioral questions. One interview reviewed my take home exam. The last interview was the watermelon interview, a non-work related chat. I'd suggest bringing up something you're passionate about or currently learning and go with it. About a week later, I got an email to schedule a 30 min call to update me on the process. The call was to offer me the job! It was the recruiter and someone from my interview loop. They cheered and shared why they chose to offer me the position! Overall a really enjoyable experience. Every interviewer was really easy to talk to.

Behavioral Technical

The process was an interview with four different employees from different departments. They ask you questions on your work experience and how you deal with negative employees or customers. However, they look for a certain 'click.' I was super confident going into the interview knowing I have had 3 plus years with customer experience and had the personality for it. I was very shocked to hear that I didn't get the job. I don't think it is fair you have to fit into a certain click to be hired when people are going to be great employees. Very upset about the whole outcome.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

After applying online, a recruiter reached out to schedule a 30-minute phone interview. We talked about general company info, our backgrounds, and why I wanted to join. Then, I got a take-home assignment due in 2 days, which was a fun challenge to show how I solve problems, explain things clearly, and research new topics. After that, I had an onsite interview with three people from the Care Team. Each meeting lasted about an hour, with some casual chat and some questions about my skills and if I knew the company values. It felt more personal than typical interviews. Then, surprisingly, I met with the CEO. It showed that even with all the growth, leadership really cares about the company culture and values. The whole process was well-planned and clear, giving both sides a good understanding of each other.
