There's an initial interview with the recruiter and then 3 interviews after - Hiring PE Interview, Skills Assessment and Values & Motivation Alignment. The recruiter interview is why I'm giving it a negative experience. It was rushed and not beneficial. Nothing major asked. You don't really hear from them after that initial call because you get passed along to a Candidate Experience Coordinator. Neither of them will answer any questions you have or any emails sent right off the bat. The questions asked during the interviews were pretty standard/expected. In line with the role and each interviewer was very nice. I did not get an offer and received an email encouraging me to follow up when another opening pops up. I replied to the email looking for feedback as to why they did not move forward, no response. Another opening was posted, one month later, I followed up three times with the recruiter, as well as the coordinator cc'd, no response. Unprofessional experience/representation of the company.

Behavioral Other

First a recruiter called for a screening interview, but they kept interrupting. Then, I was assigned a different recruiter for follow-ups. There was a 2-hour interview with four people, some of whom weren't even related to the role. They called it a casual chat, but the questions felt very scripted. There was no time left to ask questions about the job itself. The final interview was with the head of CSM, who apparently had only been in their job for 6 weeks and just finished training, which made the interview seem pointless. The whole experience felt disorganized, which explains the negative employee reviews I'd seen. I had to chase the recruiter for updates because they weren't proactive.

Other Other

I first applied for the role through AngelList and heard back within 24 hours. The next step was a one-way video interview where I recorded my answers to a few questions. After that, I had to do a written skills assessment. Finally, I had an in-person interview and got the job offer two days later!
