Met informally with the assistant director. Then had a quick in-person chat with the assistant director. The questions were really straightforward and expected. The office seemed super relaxed and enjoyable to be in.

I got an email about the study abroad intern job and submitted some answers to questions about my behavior and experiences. About a week later, I found out I'd be interviewing later that same week. We had a half hour Skype call where I answered more questions about my behavior and availability.

Assistant Director
The interview was in person and involved meeting with a variety of groups, including students, faculty, staff, members of the team, and people outside the team. It was a half-day event filled with behavior-based questions.
