I went through 4 interviews and an assessment, and then they ghosted me. The pay range on the job posting was different from what they told me in the interview. First was a phone interview with one person. Then there was a weird assessment with random questions. After that, a second phone interview with someone else. Then a video interview with the second and a third person, where they mainly asked about software and services used in my past roles, almost like they were looking for ideas for their own department. I was told there would be ANOTHER interview with a fourth person, a video interview with the director. It felt excessive by this point. If the second and third interviewers can't hire for their team, they shouldn't interview people, or the director should be present. It took up a lot of my time. I was told I'd hear back around Tuesday, and that was the last I heard. They never responded. A simple 'We've chosen another candidate, but thank you' would have been respectful of my time. This whole process took HOURS and they owe an answer, even if it's a 'no'.

The application process felt unprofessional, with all communication via text or Indeed messages. It took about two weeks to set up an in-person interview. During the onsite interview, I got a campus tour, but then was unexpectedly asked to meet two more people, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. Those interactions were very uncomfortable; one person wore sunglasses the entire time, and the other was just rude and arrogant. A week after the onsite, they wanted a second interview over Google Meets. After interviewing onsite and meeting three people, they still couldn't decide. When I tried to schedule the second interview, I was ghosted and then rejected. It was a major waste of time, and I'm disappointed with the management's conduct. I don't recommend it.

I went through 3 rounds of interviews over about 3 weeks. They mentioned a possible fourth interview, but I accepted another offer. It started with a recruiter call, then a phone interview, and then a Zoom interview. The questions were scenario-based, asking how I'd handle specific situations.

I sent my resume through a link I saw on indeed. The IT director called me a few days later to invite me for an interview. We discussed my experience and the duties of the role. The interview was during the week of Christmas, and I knew I wouldn't get an answer for a few weeks. I just wish they would have let me know if I got the job or not.
