The interviews are all in person. They ask stock questions, and the interviewers don't really know how to interview. If you get an interview, you should definitely get the job. People don't usually apply here unless their practice got bought out.

First, there was a phone call. Then, I had a panel interview. It took months to hear back after that and I didn't get a response until I followed up with an email. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice.

Recruiter reached out to me first to discuss the job. I then had an in-person meeting with the Office Manager and HR Director, and also a phone interview with them. After they thought I might be a good fit, I interviewed with a managing partner and an associate. Background and reference checks started that same day.
