Business Planning and Development Analyst
I submitted my application online and could track its status after the review. I was contacted within a month for an interview. The process included two interviews: one over the phone and another virtual one. After about 3 weeks from the interviews, I got a call with a job offer. The staff were really nice and welcoming, making it feel like talking to a friend. They were very open about the entire process and the salary.

Policy Analyst
Applied online and got contacted by a recruiter. First up was a 30-min HR chat that was mostly behavioral questions, like asking about my motivation for the company and the role. Heard back from HR within a week. Then had a panel interview with the team and the hiring manager. They let me know their decision about a week later. It's best to really know the job description and the company inside out. Expect mostly situational and behavioral questions, nothing too out of the blue.
- What makes you want this job?
- Do you have any experience related to healthcare?
- Describe how you handle workplace conflicts when you disagree with the decision.
Learning Specialist
First I had a phone screening. Then I interviewed with the manager/director, it was a nice chat. After that, I had a virtual panel with the whole team, about 10 people, but it was only 30 mins so it was kinda overwhelming with so many questions and I had to give short answers. The questions were behavioral and also about my experience with Learning Management Systems from my resume.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to deliver outstanding customer service?
- Please discuss your background and familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
Lab Prep Technician
I talked with two people, the lab supervisor and someone who would be my coworker. To make sure everyone got the same shot, they had a list of questions ready to ask everyone. They jotted down notes on my answers, and gave a little smile when I said something they liked. They asked more stuff to make sure they understood and were getting the right person.
- What's your take on gossip at work?
