So I had interned with them the summer before I graduated undergrad. A recruiter reached out to me about a week after I applied for the position and set up a phone interview after asking me a few quick questions. About a week after that, they called again to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. This interview was with the hiring manager, who asked about my previous internship experience at the company and focused more on my personality and soft skills, not really technical stuff. After that, I got an email to set up a final interview, which was a conference call with a panel including the hiring manager. That interview went pretty well, it was about a 50/50 split between talking about my past work/projects and questions about soft skills/what-if scenarios. They said I'd hear back in about two weeks, but I didn't. So I followed up with an email, but still no response. Then I followed up with another email and a call a few days later, still nothing. At that point, I contacted the recruiter and was told to just be patient. I waited another two weeks before finally emailing the HR person for the collegiate internship program. It took another two weeks after that to find out the job requisition wasn't approved anymore because of team/group budgets.
