The interview process was nice. There was a mix-up with my interview time, but they adapted. The branch manager and assistant manager interviewed me. They were friendly and kind.
- How would you respond if a coworker was having a bad day?
Bank Teller
The interview was friendly and personable. They asked situational questions about how I would handle an irritated member. They also asked questions about my job history. We discussed work availability and scheduling, and when I would be available for training if I were selected.
- If a customer comes in and is irritated and demanding, how would you handle them.
Programme Analyst
I applied online and got contacted pretty quickly for an initial interview over WebEx. The next business day, I got a followup call to set up a second WebEx interview. After that, it took about a week to hear back. I got an automated email saying they chose someone else, and then the same job was reposted the very next day.
- Tell me about your personal growth.
- What about your career growth?
- Can you tell me about your technical experience related to this job?
Member Service Representative
The interview process was very professional. I interviewed in a nice boardroom with the AVP of the contact center and two Contact Center supervisors. It was a board setting and pretty intimidating. Most of the interview questions came from the AVP, it seemed the supervisors were just shadowing or learning.
- Can you tell me about your prior experience in a fast-paced work environment?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
