Behavioral

Super easy interview. Very laidback, I felt like I was just having a normal conversation rather than interviewing for a job. My interview team was quick to answer questions if I had them which was also really nice and not very common in my experience. It usually feels like the employer did not prepare to answer questions because they are asking them, I did not feel that way about this interview.

Behavioral Other

I finished the online application. Then the supervisor emailed me to set up a phone interview. When I called because no one called me at the scheduled time, the supervisor had forgotten about it. On that call, we talked about my experience and I told them my current salary. They asked me to come in, and I met with two women. It was an uncomfortable meeting and they asked me to fill out a lot of paperwork. I felt good about it because I thought the offer would be at least what I was making. I felt it was a waste of time when the offer letter came and the pay was much lower than my current salary. I used to think GCJF was better than other agencies and was excited to join. My experience has changed my mind.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • During the process and the in-person interview, I talked about my current salary, and when the offer was 10k less than what I was earning, I was really disappointed and felt like they didn't consider my expectations at all.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process is super fast, and they'll hire you the same day if they like you. It involves one manager or director along with a recruiter who asks questions. The whole thing was over the phone and lasted about an hour. They want to know your thoughts on traveling around Florida in your car for client pickups or home visits, and how you feel about being on call during weekends and late nights until 2 am.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • In five years, where do you envision yourself?
  • Can you describe a situation where you had to manage a challenging client, and explain your approach?
  • What makes you a suitable candidate for this position, and what value can you add to our organization?
