Instructor
The interview process was really relaxing. I did a mock lesson and then talked about my experience. It seemed like the process would vary between locations; I interviewed in Albany. I spoke with the manager after speaking with the lesson lead.
- Could you demonstrate how you would teach "Franklin's Tower"?

You fill out an online application, then they'll give you a call. After that, you'll have a phone interview, followed by an in-person one where they ask more questions. If they like you, you'll be hired as a teacher and they'll help you find students.

The interview process was long and online. I had to create a video to upload. It was weird, but what else would you expect applying to such a coveted line of work? This job slowly saves the souls of millions everyday. It is an honorable feat to be in the ranks of such incredible and powerful architects of the human race. The interview process was rocking.
