Operations Associate
You get a call to come in for an interview. The store manager leads the first part and then the store manager and the manager of the department you're applying for do the second half. They ask you questions to get a feel for your background and see if you fit what they need. You get the job.
- What instruments do you play?
- Do you have any musical history?
- Are you in school?
Operations Associate
The interview process involved a single initial meeting with a potential callback. The setting was informal, with casual attire and communication, taking place in the general store area rather than a private office. Questions focused on job assignments and criteria. A subsequent callback interview was more focused, assessing my capabilities and alignment with the organization's specific needs, my desires, and my needs.
- Were there any unexpected questions?
- Were all questions directly related to store retail products and sales?
Operations Associate
I applied online and got a call back within a week. There was a phone screen, and then I went to the store for a 30-minute meeting with the two managers. I got the offer two days later.
- Tell me about something you disliked about your previous job.
