The interview process started with a codility test which took about 1.5 hours. After that, there was a 1-hour technical interview with a consultant. The final stage was a 3-hour session that included a cultural interview, a technical interview, and an interview with the hiring manager. People with good soft skills and technical abilities will enjoy the final part.

The interview process is broken down into four parts. First, you'll have a chat with the recruiter. Next up is a technical test that you can do on your own time. After that, there's a one-hour technical interview where you'll tackle two coding challenges. Finally, you'll have a one-hour interview covering theory, behavior, and technical topics. This last part is super important, so be ready to introduce yourself and share stories using the STAR method, like times you disagreed with a coworker, worked in a team to achieve something, or went the extra mile. The whole process took about a month since it was at the end of the year. The interview was split into 3 parts - code test, 1 hr technical interview, and a 3 hr interview that included a cultural interview, technical interview, and a hiring manager interview. I didn't hear back after 2 weeks.
