The interview process consisted of 4 Zoom rounds over 3 weeks, which was quite fast. It started with a 15-minute recruiter screening, followed by two 30-minute team interviews focusing on behavioral and situational questions. The final round was a 15-minute casual chat with the VP of Global BP to get to know each other. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant, making it one of the best interview experiences I've had.

So I had this HR call first, just asking basic stuff and about the job. Then the program head called me and asked some technical questions. After that, it was an onsite interview with four 30-min chats with different people from different teams.
