I went through a few stages for the Junior Front End Developer role. First was an online assessment on Colidity, which included LeetCode problems and a question about API Integration. Then there was a phone screening. After that, an online interview focused more on JavaScript questions than React. The final stage was a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and a senior consultant. I'm pretty upset with how HR handled things, basically ghosting candidates and not giving any updates, even when the hiring manager said I'd hear back by August 15th or 19th. I never got any decision.

I applied online and then an HR person reached out on WhatsApp for a quick chat. They asked me to introduce myself, asked some questions about my resume and my previous job, and also about GuideWire. After that, I had a technical interview over Google Meet with someone from GuideWire. They asked me JavaScript questions and were really helpful, giving hints and explaining solutions. Later, the HR emailed me to schedule an in-person interview. I replied with my preferred date, but didn't get a confirmation. When I followed up, they told me they were finalizing with another candidate. It felt like they gave me false hope.

It was a really long interview process, it went on for about 6-8 months total and had around 6 interviews and a few assessments. We got feedback from our recruiter after each round, telling us what we did well and what we could do better.
