Behavioral

This interview experience was a complete waste of time. The compensation offered was insulting, especially for experienced hires, and represented a significant pay cut despite my clearly stating my salary expectations beforehand. The benefits were also subpar, with only a high deductible HSA health insurance plan, a meager $20K in involuntary life insurance (compared to the standard 1-1.5x salary), and no pension or bonus. It felt like the in-house recruiter was just going through the motions to meet an interview quota.

Got contacted by the recruiter on linkedin. Had a phone screen, then an in person interview, and then another phone interview. Pretty straightforward. We talked about the company, its future direction, my potential fit, and how I could contribute.
