Behavioral Case

The hiring process involved submitting an application, a quick chat with the recruiter, a behavioral interview, and then a case study interview. The behavioral part was pretty standard. The case study was more about strategic thinking, less about crunching numbers.

Technical Behavioral Behavioral

I went through 3 interviews over 3 consecutive days. I wasn't told what each interview would focus on. The first interview was about my technical background. The second was about my soft skills and projects. The third was about company knowledge. During the last interview, the interviewer, who was a director, asked me questions about my project, and then I asked her questions about the company. She then stated I made her uncomfortable. She was unprofessional, shut down my points, and was texting during the interview.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

There were 3 interview rounds in total. The first round was a phone screen with the hiring manager. They mostly checked if I had the skills mentioned in the job description and asked about eligibility for federal clients, which often need US citizenship. The second round involved a behavioral interview with an associate director, then a case study that I had 48 hours to prepare. The final interview had two parts: behavioral interviews with a director and a partner. The behavioral parts were pretty standard, but the case study was tough. I'd suggest having Excel ready and prepping a PowerPoint template beforehand. I actually went through all my past PowerPoints and pulled slides into a template to save time on formatting before they sent the case details.
