Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a two-part interview process. The first part was a competency-based assessment, and the second part was a 'case study' where I was given prompts beforehand. Unfortunately, the interviewers were late and seemed disengaged. Also, I provided my availability as requested, but then heard nothing for weeks and had to chase them myself. These were pretty big red flags, you know, it really tells you a lot about a company.

Behavioral Case Technical

So, the interview process had three main phases. First, there was a call with HR. Then, I had two one-on-one interviews, one with a leadership team member and another with a manager. The final stage involved four one-on-one interviews: a case study, a spot case interview, and two more interviews similar to the second stage. It takes a lot of prep work for these interviews. I was told everything went well, but then I just stopped hearing from them. They didn't even provide the feedback they said they would.

Behavioral Case Presentation Technical

First, there was an HR call where they reviewed my CV and asked about my career goals and how they aligned with the role. Then, there were two rounds. The second round had a behavioral interview and a case presentation interview, each lasting 45 minutes. The case involved a take-home study where I was given a prompt and some background, and I had to research and prepare my presentation in the days before the interview. The third round also had a behavioral interview and a spot case interview, each 45 minutes long. This round followed the typical case interview format, where I was given a prompt and had to do some analysis and calculations.
