- What is the best thing you have done in your life?
Associate Director
I applied online for the second time interviewing with Guidehouse. The recruiter, who I'd spoken with before but didn't remember me, passed my resume to the service line VP (who also didn't remember me from the first time). The VP then asked for more interviews with the team. The recruiter set up interviews with specific team members (the same directors from my first interview process...). After that, the recruiter completely dropped the ball and didn't send any actual interview invites with the Zoom or MS Teams details. I was ghosted, with no replies to my phone calls or emails. It was incredibly unprofessional, especially for a senior-level position.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
Senior Associate
I found the job on LinkedIn and the recruiter reached out soon after. They gave me some tips on my resume before sending it to the hiring manager. Then, the recruiter called me to set up a superday interview at their Tysons Corner office. This superday involved three interviews with different people on the team, ranging from Senior Associate to Partner. The questions were pretty standard case-style questions like 'Tell me about a time...' and 'How would you use your experience...'. I heard back a few days later with an offer.
- What is your motivation for wanting to join Guidehouse?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- Can you share an example of a time when you leveraged your past experience?
