First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Guidant Global.
Recruitment Business Partner
First, there was an initial chat with the recruiter to check basic suitability and understanding. Then, an informal chat with the hiring manager to go over any questions. Finally, a formal video interview with the hiring manager and a plus-one. They were professional and engaging throughout, and thankfully, the final stage didn't have too many dull competency-based questions.

Client Solutions Executive
The hiring process was efficient and attentive. All email correspondence happened quickly and to the timescales the hiring manager promised. Everybody involved did a great job of keeping me updated on the progress of my application. I did a phone screening interview, a 1:1 interview, and then an interview with two other members of the team which included presenting a task. This was a worthwhile exercise which provided a great opportunity to demonstrate my skills in practice but also learn more about the company itself. The professional, yet friendly approach to the hiring process was perfectly representative of the way Guidant operates on a daily basis right across the business.

Client Operations Coordinator
It started with a phone interview with Guidant Group, then another phone interview with the Client Operations Coordinator Manager. The final stage was a Face to Face interview where I met with the COC Manager, Payroll Manager, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Manager, and the Client specialist. I was really bothered because they said my minimum pay rate would be easily provided through the first two phone interviews. After the final in person interview, they called to offer me the job, but it was a few thousand below the minimum pay rate we had agreed on. I tried to negotiate professionally, and they said they'd call back to discuss. An hour later, I got an email saying they were passing on my candidacy. I tried to reach them by email and phone but got no response.

Content Executive
I applied online and heard back from the Talent Attraction Manager within a few days. She called me to set up an initial chat where she explained the role and company better. She also kindly answered all my questions. Afterwards, she sent over an invite for a second phone interview, along with a detailed plan of activities and their timelines. The second interview was a 30-minute phone call with two senior people from the Marketing and Content teams. The questions were different from typical interviews; they weren't just about my CV but seemed designed to really understand how I create content. It was a relaxed and nice atmosphere, and the whole thing felt smooth. I got feedback quickly and it was personalized, even though it was a rejection. I still really appreciated how professional and polite they were throughout the process and would suggest applying to Guidant Global.
