Client Services Account Representative
The interview process was terrible. The recruiter contacted me for an interview. The interviewer was a few minutes late, and the background noise was so loud I couldn't hear her. I mentioned I couldn't hear her well and it sounded like she was breaking up or had a fan on. When I could hear her, she sounded like she was reading from a script and trying to sell me on the company product, even though I had already done extensive research. We then moved on to repetitive situational questions, a very low salary offer, and then she asked about my computer program skills. I was shocked. HR basically called me incompetent when I questioned why I wasn't a good fit, without even asking about my background or financial services experience. I received no offer for unclear reasons. It seems like I dodged a bullet. The role was listed for $20/hr, but she offered $17.50/hr, as if she didn't read the job posting.

Account Representative
The interview process was difficult and a waist of time. I had a phone interview, a writing test and then a zoom interview that lasted a 1hr. That interview went great. All of this took 2 weeks. Then they said they were doing away with that position, and wanted me to go through the interview process all over again for another position they had. They wanted me to do the writing test again as well as the long interview process even though both of the positions were pretty much the same. I was honest and let them know I may take another position somewhere else because I needed to start work asap. I decided to check back and go through the process again only to not get hired.
- Can you share an example of a situation you faced and how you handled it?
Compliance Administrator
The interviewer was late and gave a weak apology. They started by bragging about the company and mentioning how they care about Glassdoor reviews (which I found suspicious, as often these companies push for good reviews or make them up). Then, they asked about my background, and that was pretty much the extent of the interview. I got rejected a few days later and still haven't received any feedback despite asking politely.

Client Service Representative
It started with a phone interview, then if I passed that we moved on to a writing assessment. After that, there was another video interview, and then an in person interview where I had to do a personality test. The interviewers were super nice and professional. It was actually a lot of fun.
