The meeting went very well: a relaxed and friendly atmosphere that encouraged open dialogue. I was given plenty of space to talk, which showed genuine interest in listening and in me as a person, not just my technical profile.

So, the interview process was in Italian, which was cool. It was for an intern position, initially for 6 months with the possibility of extending for another 6 months. The first interview was with someone from HR, and we talked about soft skills and they tested my English. The second interview was with the technical team, including the director. They asked me about basic cybersecurity concepts like the difference between routers and switches, the TCP protocol, and also about GRC fundamentals and regulations such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What is your contribution in teamwork? Provide examples.
  • Basic cybersecurity questions (router vs switch, GRC, ISO 27001 vs NIST CSF) were asked by the technical team.

  • Tell me about your experience working in high-volume environments.
