Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Guerlain.
Project Assistant
First, there was a 30-minute HR interview, followed by a 45-minute interview with a manager. The whole process took about 3 weeks, and it was for an end-of-studies internship.
- What was your understanding of the role?
- Can you share an instance where you led a project and describe your approach to managing delays?
Digital Project Manager
First an HR interview via video call which went great (45min). Then a face-to-face with the manager (1h). Waited 3 weeks for a final negative answer, and I still don't know why.
- Why Guerlain specifically, and not another brand?
- What would you bring to the company?
- What contributions would you make to the team?
Project Assistant
First, I had a 30-minute chat with an HR person, then I moved on to a 45-minute meeting with the two managers. Both interactions felt like a friendly back-and-forth, with mutual questions asked in a supportive way.
- How do you handle pressure?
