I applied for a Python Developer role and got a take-home assignment that was supposed to take 4-6 hours. I submitted a Python script that I believed met the functional and efficiency requirements. Later, the HR recruiter informed me that my application was unsuccessful after reviewing my code. I requested feedback to understand areas for improvement, and the recruiter mentioned she'd consult the team leader. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back for about two weeks. When I followed up, the recruiter stated the team leader was too busy to provide specific reasons for the rejection. I feel that candidates who invest significant time in assignments deserve at least a brief explanation.

First, there was a phone call with HR. It was a really nice chat about the company, what they are looking for, and how well they are growing. They also gave an overview of the R&D department and what they need for this particular job. Then, I had an interview with the Group Leader, which was also very pleasant. I was asked questions about management and technical stuff. Following that, I had another interview with the Group Leader and a Team Lead. This one involved architecture questions about my previous projects and a general open architecture question. Overall, everyone I spoke with was very professional.

I applied directly on their website and they got back to me fast! First, there was a recruiter call to screen me. Then, the SDM director called me. After that, I had an in-person interview, followed by a simulation with a team in Spain. The head of HR interviewed me, and finally, the director of sales interviewed me. The whole thing took 3 weeks and was super organized. I always knew what was coming next and got feedback after each stage. They really dug into my sales skills, language abilities, and how quickly I can learn things. They also wanted to know about me personally, my hobbies, and how I see the world.

Behavioral Technical

This interview process was quite different from the usual ones, very relaxed, and gave me the chance to express myself without any pressure. I was challenged with some situations and tested in a practical way, which I found sensational. Even though the outcome might not have been what I hoped for, I was very happy to have participated in this selection process and gone through all the steps.
