I had a zoom interview with a recruiter first, and then they emailed me that their manager wanted to interview me in-person. I met with both interviewers at the bank, and the interview was about 25 minutes.

It was easy and quick. They asked basic bank questions and scenarios. You should be prepared with your past history. Pay was discussed with a bit of vagueness. Seems like a good company but the questions were very generic. There were two interviews, one of which was a phone interview. Seems like they will follow up quickly.

I had a phone interview first, then met HR in person, and finally met the Manager in person. The process felt a bit long and repetitive, as some of the same questions were asked in multiple rounds. It took about two months from the initial phone call to get the offer.

Had one or two phone interviews, then an in-person interview. You could also count the probationary period. Mostly they asked about my work history, customer service experience, and if I'd be a good culture fit. They asked for my salary expectations, then offered way less than I asked for. I asked for a day to think about it, and when I asked for more money, they asked if I was going back on my acceptance, which I never actually gave. I was surprised, so I just said yes and took it. The manager also seemed to forget what position I was applying for, constantly switching titles between interviews, and clearly hadn't read my resume by the second interview.
