The interview process was straightforward. They reviewed my resume and asked me about my work history and the kind of employee I am. Everything was handled professionally.
- Tell me about what you liked and didn't like at your last job.
Service Representative
I had one interview at a hotel conference room. It was pretty chill. The info they gave me was pretty much what the job description said. I met the Regional Manager, who was a cool guy but isn't with the company anymore. A few days after the interview, I got an offer. I feel like a second round would be good for candidates to ask more questions and get different perspectives.
- Tell me about your biggest weakness.
Regional Manager
This employer is a drug-free workplace, so you should be ready for a background check and drug screen. They also check references.
- Can you share details about your previous sales achievements?
- What were your sales figures?
- How would you describe your approach to sales?

Started with an online application, then got a phone call about a week or two later to come in for an interview. The interview was in the front office. On the first day, there was about an hour to handle paperwork and go over company policies. The questions asked were pretty standard and a bit formal, even though it's an entry-level position.
- Tell me about the most difficult aspect of your previous job.
