First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GTT.
HR Advisor
First, I had a phone call with the recruitment team. After that, I went for an in-person meeting with the Hiring Manager and another manager from the company. The process felt really open and friendly, and the face-to-face part really showed me what the culture is like.

Supplier Manager
So, about two months after I applied, they reached out for an interview. The person who was supposed to do the video interview wasn't there, so they got his boss to step in, which I only figured out after waiting around for like five minutes. It felt really intense, like an interrogation, and honestly, I got a vibe that maybe this wasn't the place for me. But, even with all those red flags, it was actually useful to hear some tough questions and practice how I'd handle them better next time.
- Can you tell me about your three strongest qualities?
- And what about your three weakest qualities?
Collections Manager
I was headhunted by the recruiter and got a lot of messages. Had an initial interview that was pretty casual. Then I interviewed with the Director on Zoom, followed by the VP on Zoom. It was straightforward, but it seemed like they have a leadership problem and trouble keeping people. After all that, I was completely ghosted. No one will answer my emails or update my candidate profile. They spent a lot of time asking about my personal life, which was weird compared to other places.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your hobbies?
- Outside of work, how do you spend your time?
Sales Associate
So first, you gotta do this phone screening with a recruitment company called Pareto Law. If you get through that, then it's an in-person group interview that's supposed to be all day, 9 AM to 5 PM. It actually went an hour longer than they said it would. At the end, they basically sort you into three piles: got the job, did okay but didn't get it, and didn't do well at all. Honestly, even if you get an offer, I don't think it's worth the hassle. The whole process was confusing and just dragged on way too long for no good reason, plus they don't even give you enough personal time to really make a solid decision.
- Can you deliver a 3-minute sales pitch?
