So the interview process starts with an HR interview which most people pass, like 90%. The HR interview is pretty straightforward with questions about your projects, a bit about yourself, and terms and conditions. After that, there's a technical interview where they ask questions related to mobile communication.

It started with a first round where I had to introduce myself and talk about leadership, specifically mentioning a leader I admire and explaining why. Then, there was a manager round where they wanted me to talk about Telecom for about 5 minutes, followed by some random scenarios to answer.
