Art Director
It was a really pleasant experience. The team was welcoming and asked insightful questions. I got a clear understanding of the company culture and how the team works together.
- Can you describe how you approach concept development?
Strategy Director
This company's interview process was incredibly unprofessional. After completing three interviews, I was ghosted for about two weeks. Then, they unexpectedly resurfaced, wanting to schedule four additional final rounds. While scheduling these, they were very communicative and apologetic when one of the interviewers didn't show up and needed to reschedule, which happened quickly. After the final interviews, I was given a deadline for a decision. When that day passed with no word, I emailed for an update, only to receive a response that sounded dismissive and informed me the position was on hold. They likely knew this much earlier, possibly even the week I had the final interviews. The two-week silence earlier in the process, even with an explanation, is highly unprofessional when considering a candidate for final stages. Despite some red flags throughout, this experience solidified my decision not to pursue opportunities here. It was infuriatingly unprofessional.
- Can you discuss your background in developing strategies and adapting them as necessary?
- Tell me about your experience in agency environments, particularly with client interactions.
Analyst
I applied online and then got a call for a phone screen. The recruiter was nice and gave me good info about the company and jobs. A few weeks later, I came in for about four 1 on 1 interviews with managers. It was cool to meet so many people from the team in one day, but they all asked pretty much the same things. Some really wanted to know what my current agency does. After they told me I had all the skills they needed and that they'd be in touch soon multiple times, nothing happened. I even followed up, and they still said I was a top candidate. I decided to look elsewhere because I don't want to work for a company that wastes people's time instead of being upfront. It's funny, four months later, the job is still listed as open.
- What are you hoping to find in your next role?
Medical Director
So the process was like a three-parter. First, I had a phone chat with the recruiter. Then, another phone interview, this time with the director. Finally, there was an in-person meeting with the team, and I also had to give a one-hour presentation that I had to prepare beforehand, and they asked questions during that.
