The interview had a calm and inviting vibe. It was a bit tricky to set up a time to meet. It wasn't too bad though, we interviewed in the old space, but started at the new one and that was a big upgrade.

I applied on the Good Shepherd website, and then had one in-person interview where I met the manager and director. They showed me around the facility and introduced me to another PT aide.

I interviewed when each hospital was its own entity. The interview was with HR and the PT manager, plus some PT staff members. There was a brief phone call from HR prior to the interview. The PT manager and staff did most of the questioning on site. Meeting with HR was more HR telling me the benefits, etc. I believe now you have to interview with HR first then schedule a full interview at the sites afterward.
