It was a long interview process, really tough to get through. They had good communication skills, but the questions were open-ended and didn't leave much room for me to ask questions. I had to find information elsewhere, but the general info was good. They didn't ask many questions specifically about project management.

It was a typical process, nothing unusual. The HR consultant was very nice and helpful, calling me several times to provide feedback and help me get ready for the interview. Both interviews went on for over an hour, which I thought was a good sign.

This hiring process was a mess. The first interview had the Dept Head from the UK who weirdly fixated on my resume having American dates and the PM whose job I would be taking. A third person joined the second interview remotely as I was quite ill, but I didn't catch their title. Apparently, if you just echo the job description and company values back to them, you'll pass the first interview. Knowing industry jargon, which they were really into, seems to be key. Scheduling is rigid; you get assigned a date and time or you're out of luck. The interviewers seemed to struggle with understanding how to infer a most recent job from a resume or the necessity of holding multiple full-time jobs during the pandemic.
