The company was quite agile, welcoming, and provided feedback after the interviews. The process was divided into 5 stages: a test, resume review, an interview with the manager and director, a behavioral assessment, a medical exam, and then the start of a 30-day training period.

Technical Behavioral

The interview was pretty standard and professional. The person interviewing me asked good questions about what I've done and what I know, keeping it focused and polite. It felt more like a real conversation than an interrogation. The whole thing was fair, and I liked how they kept me in the loop. I got a good sense of the job and the company afterward, and I didn't feel stressed out.

Interviewed for an Order Management position. Had a phone interview with HR, then an in-person interview that included an online testing component, followed by interviews with three individuals. This position was then put on hold. They asked me to interview for a different position. I asked about my aptitude test scores from the first interview and was told I was one of the highest scorers. After taking time off work again, that second position was also put on hold. About 4-5 months later, they called to see if I was still interested because the second position was reopening and my name came up. The interview was scheduled conveniently before my work hours and near my job. I was expecting an offer, but it was just another interview. Three days later, I got an email saying they chose someone else. What a waste of time. I'm glad I found out now rather than leaving my current job for a similar situation.
