First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GSA.
Technical Business Analyst

- Can you explain your understanding of IT governance frameworks like NIST, CMMI, or ITIL?
Analyst
We started with a quick recruiter call, then I had to do an online coding test. The last step was two in-person interviews with technical questions.
- What is your approach to calculating the valuation of a rights issue?
Quantitative Analyst
Had a chat with HR, then went through two technical interviews focused on probability with junior quants. One interviewer was silent, just wrote a question and didn't interact, while the other was more approachable. The process moved pretty quickly.
- Probability questions, often resembling converging series.
