The interviewer was engaged and asked standard questions. It felt like a good experience and they seemed to have a good office culture. I only spoke with one person at a time.

It was a quick, straightforward, and efficient process. I had a great initial screening call, followed by really good discussions with my future manager. Then, there was a group interview. No surprises popped up, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a phone call with their HR lead, which actually had to be rescheduled because I didn't get a call at the originally scheduled time. I had to follow up a few times to get it rescheduled, along with the next rounds. The next stage involved talking with different people from the GS&F team, and then I was invited back to meet with the President for the final interview. Everyone seemed really interested in my past experience and how I could contribute to GS&F. Overall, it was a typical interview experience. I do think it would be helpful for candidates to get earlier notice if interviews need to be moved to a different date.

It was short and not pleasant. I was brought in, they yelled at me, and then they offered me the job. The President here is really proud of how he can rattle people and make them cry during interviews. Even though I had 15 years of experience and was answering questions fine, he kept cutting me off saying I was lying.

  • Tell me a weakness of yours. And I want a real one, not something you found online. I'll know if you're lying, I have ways of checking.
