Behavioral

The interview process was worth the wait. Due to a high volume of staffing needs, the interview wasn't too long, typically involving questions about previous projects and your work history. Other aspects like workplace expectations and salary needs were discussed later on. It was a good interview, and I'd recommend others consider this company. For new oil and gas projects, they often have many openings for construction professionals.
