They use role-playing games where you need to be very participatory and ask about your experience in their chain and what their brand means to you. They are usually very participatory processes, where you have to talk and share your opinion about the team, the way of working the challenge, the dynamics followed, the feelings, etc.

First, there was a group activity with about 30-40 people. The key is to speak up, not to say nonsense. The questions weren't difficult; as far as I remember, it was like role-playing games. Again, the important thing is to participate and make sure they notice you because there are so many people. In the second in-person interview, it's actually to offer you the job. They ask you about places you've worked, your schedule availability... really, the job is already yours at this second interview.
