It was a long process with no info on salary and benefits. It included group dynamics, individual dynamics, and interviews with the unit manager, regional manager, and others. On the first day, during the interview, I was told the unit manager had made a mistake and would cancel the interview. It was rescheduled, and on the rescheduled day, there were about 10 other candidates besides me. There's no feedback on the process. I reached the final stage but didn't get any feedback on why I wasn't selected (e.g., maybe the other candidate had more experience or better alignment with the role). The feedback was just that they would proceed with other candidates.

My experience in the selection process for Solutions Architect at Grupo Marista was exceptional and very well conducted. From the first contact to the final feedback, the process was complete and showed great professionalism. I want to highlight the excellent work of Aline (HR) and the technical manager for the position. The technical interview was excellent. It gave me the opportunity to present not only my technical knowledge (the hard skill), but also all my experience and professional background. I was very well received and felt comfortable being transparent and showing my complete profile. It is a process that values the candidate. I strongly recommend the experience of participating in selections at Grupo Marista.

I applied through Gupy, initially for a Senior Analyst position. The recruiter was very attentive and there was an interview with the managers and HR simultaneously, which I thought was great because it saves everyone's time and avoids unnecessary steps. I didn't get the position, but based on my profile, they recommended me for a similar open position with another recruiter, but this process wasn't as positive. Initially, I had an interview with a team member and this other recruiter, they asked about my salary expectations, and HR visibly didn't like my expectations. Then I had a quick chat with the hiring manager. I thought it was very bad that at no point were salaries and benefits discussed, I only received a file (full of errors) with the offered benefits and noticed there's no Meal Voucher (a basic benefit nowadays!!!), the other benefits were okay. After the conversation with the manager, I received an automatic response from Gupy saying I didn't pass the process. When I asked the recruiter for feedback, I was completely ignored. I also didn't understand why I went through two processes and three interviews if my expectations weren't suitable for the position. I found it very strange and misaligned, and the second recruiter's attitude was very misaligned with the Marista values they preach so much.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I sent my resume and got called for an in-person interview. There were five other candidates besides me. We filled out a form with our details. The coordination asked us to talk a bit about ourselves, our previous experiences, and why we wanted to work there. Since the interview was for the school's English program, they asked about our English level. Afterward, we each had a private conversation with the coordinator to discuss schedules and availability, and also an English interview with someone else. I ended up declining because the scholarship amount is very low, R$1100 plus R$140 for transportation.
