First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo México.
Manager
First, you send your updated CV to HR. If your profile fits, they'll call you for an initial chat. This first meeting is with the HR person. If you pass this screening and have the required experience, depending on the role, they'll then schedule a meeting with your potential direct boss. After that, if you impress the immediate superior, you'll proceed.

Project Manager
I think my interview performance was good. I had three interviews and the person who would be my boss noticed my ability to perform the role. However, it's been a month since the last interview without any response. Regardless of the decision, I believe a company of Grupo México's caliber could handle this better. That said, I asked people and they didn't give me an answer. I cordially and kindly suggested that regardless of the outcome, regarding the candidate selection, it would be very good practice and image for the company if they notified candidates during the process, perhaps after 10 or 15 days, I consider it prudent. I think my suggestion wasn't well-received, and two or three days later I received the message that I hadn't been selected lol.
- Tell me a bit about your projects and previous work.
Administrative Manager
They have a lot of filters and long waiting times to know if you passed to the next filter, very technical questions about the position and it takes up to a month and a half to know if you got the job, I recommend having a lot of patience if you are going to apply to this traditional company

- How are those KPIs calculated?
- What type of leadership do you have?
Maintenance Supervisor
Due to COVID, they first gave me a COVID test, and if it was negative, I proceeded to an interview with the area manager and a supporting coordinator. After discussing my skills and experience, we moved on to a practical and then a theoretical exam.
- Can you discuss your background and experience?
- What about your personal aspirations and life projects?
