I went through the selection process and was told my resume didn't fit the job. After 2 months, they contacted me to see if I was still interested. I said yes and went through the next steps: sending documents, a pre-employment medical exam, opening a bank account with the company's CNPJ. I asked about the courses and was told they'd send them later. In summary... 5 days later, they said I didn't pass the selection process again. I tried to reach out, called, and messaged asking for a response, but was completely ignored. Terrible HR, unprofessional, irresponsible, and caused damages.

It was pretty chill, started with a video call on WhatsApp. Then, an in-person interview with the manager at the job location. Make sure to dress appropriately for that one, like wearing pants and closed-toe shoes. After those interviews, there's a practical test, which is also pretty easy.
