The interview was very relaxed. I thought I wouldn't even get approved because when I get nervous, I start smiling and become very spontaneous. But two days later, the response came, and to my surprise, I was approved for the selection. Now I'm waiting to be called for the next stage. Only gratitude.

You get an email with the interview time. Once you arrive at Havan, there's a line to wait for the interview. People are separated into groups where they talk about benefits and schedules. Then, they ask if anyone has issues with the schedule; if so, they're asked to leave. The process continues with an individual interview, where some basic questions are asked. Then, you wait to find out if you passed.

I applied for a maintenance position and was called for an interview. During the interview, I found out there was no maintenance vacancy, only a sales position. Meaning, they call anyone who applies for an interview, regardless of the area chosen. I believe they should improve their recruitment method. Also, because there were so many people together, it makes it seem like the job market is in a terrible state. Furthermore, in the company presentation itself, we are warned about the heavy workload for a low salary. A job at Havan is for those with no education at all.
