First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo Gallegos.
Account Supervisor
It was a group interview with the Director of the team, my direct manager, and the extended Account team. They were very friendly and talkative. I liked how familial it felt. They genuinely wanted to get to know me as well as how I feel I can help their team.
- Can you tell us about your previous experience?
- In what ways do you believe you can contribute to this team?
- What skills do you possess that would be beneficial?
Intern
It was a chill interview, felt more like just chatting with someone I already knew than an actual interview. They asked about my thoughts on Latino marketing and culture. The questions were pretty open-ended, which was good because I could really talk up my skills. Overall, a pretty relaxed vibe.
- How does social media function in terms of social standing?
Account Executive
It was pretty straightforward. First, a phone interview, then a round of one-on-one chats with members of several account teams. After that, another round of one-on-one interviews, this time with people from the specific account team I was being considered for. The office and people there are pretty laid back, so the interview wasn't intense at all.
- What skills and processes from your previous job are you going to bring to this role?
