I found the selection process very well organized. The stages were clear, deadlines were met, and communication was transparent at all times. I particularly liked how the interview was conducted, with objective questions that also allowed me to showcase my experiences more completely. I felt a respectful and professional atmosphere, which makes clear the company's alignment with the values it presents. The whole process was very fast... Between the application and the call for interviews (which were actually group dynamics). There were 10 days of waiting between the application and the first dynamic (only with HR). They gave feedback a week later, scheduling the next interview for 3 days later. This time, it was a group 'dynamic' with the managers present. This was just for introductions. The process was very smooth, but what bothered me was the delay in the final feedback, and they only gave it after I contacted them. The feedback took a month.
