The interview for the Systems Analyst position at GDM Seeds was quite smooth and pleasant. The team was very receptive and clear about the process from the start. The technical questions were at the right level, not too easy, not too hard, which helped in showcasing my skills. Additionally, the company environment seems very welcoming and focused on continuous development. I was left with a very positive impression and motivated to continue in the process.

I applied online and the recruiter contacted me via WhatsApp asking me to complete a form by the next day at the latest, which I did the same day. After about 3 weeks with no response, I received an email stating they would not be proceeding with me in the selection. A few days later, the recruiter contacted me via WhatsApp to schedule an online interview. On the day of the interview, the recruiter was almost 15 minutes late to join the meeting. Besides the classic part of asking about my history and briefly talking about the company, she only asked about my salary expectations. She said they would provide feedback on the position the following week, but they never contacted me again. After that, I saw the same position being published 3 more times in about 2 months.

Got reached out on LinkedIn by someone from Recruitment. The first part was a video call that lasted a bit over an hour. They asked about my knowledge, career experience, and more details about the job and expected skills. After that, we kept in touch via WhatsApp, and I got sent some psych tests by email. The second stage was with the area coordinator, who asked the same questions from the first meeting. I felt she was a bit uninterested though, she was late and seemed in a hurry to finish. In the end, they said they'd get back to me either way, but nobody did lol.

Technical Behavioral

There were 4 stages in the interview process, including 3 complex tests. I spoke with HR, a Coordinator, and a Manager. The company then disappeared during the last stage, blocked me on the communication channel, and reopened the job posting without any explanation. It's disrespectful to the candidate, reflecting the internal culture.
