First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Grupo de Soluções em Alimentação.
Production Nutritionist
I was selected through a registration with a recruitment company. I received an email indicating GRSA had reviewed my application. Two days later, an HR employee from GRSA's São Paulo headquarters contacted me via WhatsApp with some basic questions. On the same morning, she called back to schedule an in-person interview with the Unit Manager for the afternoon. The manager, who conducted the interview smoothly, greeted me warmly and discussed technical topics that I was proficient in based on my resume. She then scheduled me for a half-day test the following morning. Later that week, I received a WhatsApp message confirming my approval, and HR guided me through the hiring steps.
- Could you describe your relationships with colleagues in past roles?
- What prompted your departure from your most recent position?
- Please provide a brief introduction about yourself.
Administrative Assistant
First, there was a call with an HR/Admin person, who then passed me to Espro. It was straightforward. Like me and the other two girls who were called, the interview wasn't one-on-one but in a group, which I didn't really like at the time because it was quick and they asked personal questions, making us feel less comfortable. The company urgently needed apprentices, so they looked for recommendations to fill the positions quickly, but they didn't tell us it was for an apprenticeship program, and we only found out when they sent us to downtown SP to sign the contract.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Offshore Steward
It was fast, but no. I haven't received a response even to this day, and it's been a while. I really wanted an opportunity at this company because I hear a lot about it. But they didn't call me or give me a response. I'm still waiting for a call from the company about the result. But for God, nothing is impossible, He knows my needs and my desire and effort because I worked hard to get the money to pay for my courses to change my life.
- Was this really what you wanted?
- Were you available for the position?
Bilingual Receptionist
I applied on the website, then had a preliminary interview at the selection center, followed by an interview with the manager. It was a fast and well-organized process, with filtering based on experience and conversation. They were clear about the job details. The manager was very calm, competent, and the interview was quick.
- Tell me about your experience in the field.
