The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen, which was a bit disorganized as the recruiter called late and then had to reschedule twice due to not being available. She also seemed uninformed about the role, directing me to ask the team lead for details. This was followed by an in-person interview with the team lead and a senior analyst. We had introductory questions like 'tell me about yourself,' and personal fit questions such as 'Why are you a good fit?' 'What value do you add?' and 'What are your expectations from the team and manager?' After the discussion, there was a one-hour written test. It had two parts: the first involved SQL queries, some straightforward on a single table, and others more complex on multiple tables. The second part was a case study about a revenue drop in a small food retail business in Madrid, where I had to propose diagnostic questions.

There were 4 interviews in total. First, I spoke with a recruiter from the consulting firm who asked more general questions and presented the opportunity. Then, I had interviews with the area coordinator, an external digital agency, and finally, a meeting with the marketing director.

I applied online and a recruiter called me. She liked my profile and sent me to an interview. The interview I had was a joke. The hiring manager was on vacation (why we were scheduled for an interview is still a mystery) so I had a call with someone else who wasn't in charge of anything related to the open position and they hung up on me after 10 minutes saying there would be another call when the hiring manager returned. Needless to say, no one called me back and the recruiter ignored me. Horrible experience.

Fue un proceso largo y mal comunicado. Tomó mucho tiempo, muchas etapas y luego perdieron el contacto, incluso después de que completé las pruebas. Cuando pregunté, me dijeron que aún no tenían actualizaciones. Nunca recibí una respuesta definitiva, pero el proceso se prolongó tanto que duró más de dos meses.
