Entrevista tranquila e dinâmica. Conversaram sobre a empresa e o que esperam do candidato. Teve um bate papo com RH, depois com gestor da área, ambos super tranquilos. Não teve dinâmica em grupo, foi um bate papo individual, com devolutiva rápida.

It was very relaxed, there are 3 phases with HR, this part is with several people and on Google Meet. The HR person asks basic things from you and then you wait for the result. They promise to let you know who passed and who didn't, but that doesn't happen. For those who pass, they go to the second phase with the directors, and finally, the admission process.

The interview was online, I participated in the process with HR, they introduced the company and then went straight to the questions. The company showed no respect for the participants; they said they would provide feedback even if we didn't pass, but I didn't receive any. After 3 weeks, I followed up and was told I didn't pass and they had forgotten to inform me.
