The process had 2 stages. First, I spoke with an HR recruiter. Then, I met with the leaders. Even though the meeting with the leaders was on Teams, it was very dynamic. They asked me questions about how I would react in certain situations and about my professional experience.

It was a simple but very positive chat about career history, salary expectations, and future outlook. They asked about education and courses. Also, they inquired about your ability to work in a team and handle a high volume of tasks. There were no group activities, tests, or exams.

The interview process included an HR interview and a Manager interview. Questions focused on experience and background in the field, as well as motivation for joining the company. There were no other stages, and it went straight to an offer. This process took place over 8 years ago.
