The interview was very comprehensive and personal. We spent 57 minutes discussing personal and professional topics (like why you chose this field of study, why you're looking to change companies, and why you're interested in us...). The last 3 minutes involved a brief interview in English, mostly basic conversation.

there were many questions about various technologies. there was quite a bit of general discussion trying to feel out my personality traits. i did have to perform a small code task on the spot. i was asked several questions about how would i handle certain situations. i was also asked about how i would handle conflicts and issues with management. overall, it was a fairly straightforward interview. it was about what i would have expected for the type of position i was interviewing for.

I got a call from HR in Mexico to kick things off. They asked about my current pay and role, then explained the job. Initially, they wanted someone to relocate to Argentina, about 800km from Buenos Aires, but I turned that down. Two months later, they called back, offering a remote work option based in Buenos Aires, where they don't have offices. After that, I had a technical interview over the phone with a manager in Europe, conducted in English. It was a solid interview with lots of technical questions. Before extending an offer, they asked me to do a health test. Once the results were in, they sent the job offer with a 48-hour deadline to accept.

The interview process was straightforward, all in one go. I met with two people for about forty minutes. They really dug into my past work experiences and asked a lot of questions about my work values and ethic, basic interview stuff, and kept asking more and more. Just a lot of questions. They also stressed that you have to be ready to work a lot of overtime, and if you're not, they get upset and won't hire you.
