My first contact was with HR via WhatsApp, and they quickly scheduled the first conversation. The HR interview was long, and they asked some questions I didn't understand the relation to the job (e.g., talking about my parents, if they worked or not, what my husband's job was, etc.). I've had many interviews in my career and don't recall them asking such things. The feedback was quick (the following week), and they scheduled an in-person interview with the manager. What I found extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate towards me as a candidate was that the HR person scheduled a time with me and then another time later with the manager. I waited almost an hour for him to see me. Not to mention the extremely expensive parking fee, which the company doesn't cover for interview candidates. The conversation with the manager was great!!! He made me feel comfortable, asked many relevant and technical questions about the role. As expected, after 2 or 3 weeks past the deadline the HR had given, I had no feedback, so I sent a message asking and was completely ignored. After a few days, I received the automatic email thanking me for participating.

It was very informative. They explained the job and its responsibilities within the company, and talked about the company's history. The HR person was professional and kind. They also mentioned other possibilities in the area, like freight and fleet management.

Applied for the position through Gupy. Had an interview with HR, then an interview with the Manager, and finally received an offer. I backed out of the process after stage 1. It was a pleasant interview with a very empathetic recruiter. I didn't like that they contacted me at 7 PM for an interview that would be the very next day. A few hours after the first conversation, they invited me for the interview with the area manager.

The hiring process has two parts. The first was with the psychologist and HR manager, Priscila. She was very polite and well-mannered, and I felt quite comfortable during the interview. The second part was with the technical assistance manager, Anderson. He was polite and asked fair questions, but he was also very serious, which made me a bit withdrawn and uncomfortable during that interview. However, I managed to present myself professionally to avoid showing any insecurity. Both interviews were conducted entirely online via links sent by email.
